World War II Forum: US Army Air Corps HQ 7th AF Flight Section Western Pacific

Posted by: For William Franklin Hann (pamela_hann@ThisIsToPreventSpam-820-RemoveThis.yahoo.com) on 10 Aug 2003 at 11:54:55 AM

My father served mainly flying reconn and weather from the Hawaiian Islands under General McArthur on a stripped down B24 Liberator called "Fast Freight". I have no other crew names. His return in December 1945 was followed by employment at Ft. Niagara, Bell Helicopter, weather service, and retired from FAA. Wife Barbara Laura Scott and sons Gerald and Rodger Hann. Later two daughters Barbara and Pamela. We lost Bill in November 2002 at 81 years of age - may God rest his soul.

If the person posting this message left their e-mail address, we inserted some random characters to prevent spammers from harvesting their address. Spammers do this with automated "bots" that constantly search the Web looking for e-mail addresses. Since you're a human being, not a bot, you can easily obtain the real address by removing the text that says "ThisisToPreventSpam-XYZ-RemoveThis." including the random number XYZ and the period at the end. For example, <whitten@ThisIsToPreventSpam-123-RemoveThis.despammed.com> would become <chris-(@)-interesting.com>.
